SEASON ONE
STP 1.01 - "THE SO'JA INCIDENT" (SERIES PREMIERE)
Captain Benjamin Kelsoe is assigned as the commanding officer of the U.S.S. Pioneer. Their first mission is to rescue the U.S.S. Clark, a Federation science vessel that's being attack by a rogue group of So'ja. The Pioneer must go into So'ja space and save the Clark.
STP 1.02 - "QUANTUM DREAMS"
Commander Connor Burt gets a headache after Braxis and him survey a nebula. Soon he starts hearing voices and seeing things. The Dr. Walter McRoye is unsure what's happening to Burt. What it turns out to be is unbelievable.
STP 1.03 - "THE CAVERNS OF EDEN" - Part One
The Pioneer discovers a new planet. First Kelsoe, Zimmer and Braxis go down to investigate the planet, Kelsoe deems it safe and allows the crew to have shore leave. Burt, Craig and Tracy go camping. A storm brews up and they head for a cave for shelter. Inside the cave Burt and Craig start to be controlled by some strange presence. They start calling themselves "Adam" and calling Tracy "Eve". Kelsoe and the rest are visited by the residents of the planet, who tell them to leave the space immediately.
STP 1.04 - "THE CAVERNS OF EDEN" - Part Two
Kelsoe talks with Admiral Hayes about the Tealuians holding Burt, Craig and Tracy and gets help from Starfleet and the So'ja Republic. Burt, Craig and Tracy's ordeal continues. It is discovered that the Tealuians have a collection of many alien species and are trying to make Tracy select a mate. When the help from the Starfleet, the U.S.S. Victory and the U.S.S. Forester, something strange happens. Captain Thomas Reese of the Victory ignores his orders from Admiral Hayes and takes control. Can Kelsoe stop Reese and rescue Burt, Craig and Tracy?
STP 1.05 - "THE CELL"
Kelsoe and Zimmer wake up in a cell, held by the Velos. Kelsoe and Zimmer had been on their way to meet with the Velosian Ambassador and were mistaken for being terrorist. Burt and the rest work on rescuing them. It turns out that it was all a misunderstanding. Kelsoe finds out that this all has to do with the Pioneer's encounter with the Tealuians.
STP 1.06 - "FROM THE PAST"
The Pioneer discovers the wreckage of a deep space cargo ship in space. According to scans, there are no life forms on board, but for some reason they are being hailed by the ship. The captain of the vessel, Herman Noah, asks if the Pioneer can help repair their ship. Kelsoe is more than happy to assist. But when the away team arrives about the cargo ship, they find out that things are very unusual.
STP 1.07 - "GRACE"
The Pioneer picks up the Ambassador of the Tulop government from the planet Tulop. The Tulop Ambassador is being transported to the planet of Andres Rae for a conference between the planets in the Federation. The planet of Tulop is the newest member. A rogue group of So'ja (The So'ja Rebellion) try and prevent the Pioneer from getting the Tulop Ambassador to Andres Rae.
STP 1.08 - "ONE HOUR"
The ship gets stuck in a temporal wake and Captain Kelsoe must live the same hour over and over, again until he can save the ship. And guess who makes an appearance to help Kelsoe? None other than Q, who turns out to be behind all this.
STP 1.09 - "DOCTOR, DOCTOR"
While being transported from the surface of a planet, an error occurs and Dr. McRoye is split into two. The crew has to deal with the good side of McRoye and the bad side. Can Braxis discover how to put the doctor back together?
STP 1.10 - "THE REMOVAL" - Part One (SEASON FINALE)
The So'ja government is over thrown, and the Coalition (the new So'ja government) ends all relations with the Federation. Pioneer is ordered deep into So'ja space to remove Ba'l, the President of the So'ja Republic (the former government). Pioneer goes to the So'ja home planet to get Ba'l. They are met with So'ja resistance. Ar'kon, is the name of the Coalition's Chancellor. Captain Da'note is the captain of the Coalition's best starship. Dr. Chase Braga joins the crew.

SEASON TWO
STP 2.11 - "THE REMOVAL" - Part Two (SEASON PREMIERE)
"The Removal" Part One continued. The two teams, Team Alpha and Team Beta begin their missions. President Ba'l is rescued and the Pioneer safely exit So'ja space.
STP 2.12 - "TRANSFER"
The Pioneer is assigned to transport a prisoner to a Federation prison planet. The prisoner, Calok, has special mind powers and is able to which bodies with Captain Kelsoe. Can the rest of the crew discover the which and reverse it?
STP 2.13 - "THE VACATION"
Tracy and Craig take a romantic vacation on the holodeck. Suddenly the holographic doctor appears, and apparently everyone onboard except for Tracy and Craig have disappeared. The only clue is a communication log noting that the ship made contact with a race called the Veesem.
STP 2.14 - "INFESTED"
The ship gets infested by an alien life form that looks like spiders. Captain Kelsoe's been attacked by one and is uncoincious. Burt is attack and becomes uncoincious. Soon all the senior officers have become uncoincious except for Braxis, Tuff and Braga. They must develop a way to stop the spiders before it is too late to save the crew.
STP 2.15 - "BEWARE ROMULANS BEARING GIFTS"
The Pioneer meets a Romulan Warbird in the Oralian sector. The Romulan captain claims that they just want to open up trade with the So'ja. Kelsoe invites the Romulan Captain, L'mar and his first officer over for dinner. Soon it becomes apparent that the Romulans have different reasons for venturing into the Oralian sector.
STP 2.16 - "THE BONDING"
Kelsoe must preform a Kobalian ritual to improve Kobalian and the Federation's relationship. Shore leave is given to the crew. Craig accidentally offends one of the Kobalians most sacred beliefs and is held by the Kobalian authorities. And during the ritual something happens to Kelsoe and he is rendered unconscience. Commander Burt orders Tuff to work with the Kobalian authorities to see if they can free Craig, while he and Braxis work on saving the Captain.
STP 2.17 - "DEFECTOR" - Part One
As Captain Kelsoe starts to deal with the results of the Mot'Ta the Pioneer is given orders to rendezvous with the Niagara to pick up a new crew member, a So'ja operative, named Major Kroge who has defected. Will the crew accept their new crew member?
STP 2.18 - "DEFECTOR" - Part Two
Kroge, Braxis and Zimmer go to the Venka Nebula, posing as a Federation shuttle craft performing scientific research. Their actual mission is to rescue Kroge's son, Janseen. However they encounter the So'ja, who don't believe their story. The Pioneer must come to the rescue. Can they save Janseen?
STP 2.19 - "DEFECTOR" - Part Three
With Captain Kelsoe and Major Kroge captured by Maj Ru'mal of the Da'gi, Starfleet Command promotes Burt to Captain of the Pioneer. Will Burt follow orders, or will he rescue Captain Kelsoe and the So'ja defector.
STP 2.20 - "THE CROSSING" (SEASON FINALE)
The Pioneer discovers a Romulan Warbird that has been abandoned. It is the same one from "Beware Romulans' Bearing Gifts". They find something very chilling there. Throughout the ship they find dead Romulans. Janseen suggest that it looks like the So'ja attacked this vessel. And in a laboratory they find a five year boy that looks like Kelsoe at that age. The boy is not a look a like, he is Kelsoe's clone. (Prologue to STAR TREK: NEMESIS)

SEASON THREE
STP 3.21 - "MISSION ON ZA'DA GOL" (SEASON PREMIERE)
The Pioneer is ordered to Za'da Gol to overlook how the Federation colonization of Za'da Gol is going. The away team beams down and discovers most of the colony dead. In one of the abandon buildings they find Governor Richard Ballen and his wife Emilia. They are both thirty years old, but their bodies are those of seventy year olds. They transport them aboard immediately for treatment. Before he dies Ballen tells Captain Kelsoe that the planet effects the mind and the body. The mind can be driven mad without the special treatment he and his colleges made. Ensign Nadia Otterman stays too long on the planet's surface and goes mad. Her feelings for Braga lead her to the point of almost killing him.
STP 3.22 - "ALL GONE"
On a routine away mission the shuttle craft encounters a strange alien ship and malfunctions. Craig and Tracy have to survive in the shuttle craft until the Pioneer is able to rescue them.
STP 3.23 - "ICY SUMMER"
Based on a concept created by Austin Wagner-Cannon
A strange ship that Captain Kelsoe and the crew ecounters starts to drain all the heat and power from the Pioneer. There is nothing they can do. Suddenly they wake up, did it really happen at all?
STP 3.24 - "SET IN STONE"
On a routine check-up of a science station, Q pays a visit saying that he's bored. But could Q's appearance mean more than just Q wanting to have some fun? The crew of the Pioneer discovers that everything has turned to stone aboard the station. Dr. Philip Eyota, the Chief of Operations of the station is still alive, maybe he can enlighten the crew on what happened. And perhaps Q's true reasons for his appearance will come into focus.
STP 3.25 - "SPACE PIRATES"
The Pioneer meets a band of space pirates who try and take over the ship. Can Kelsoe save the ship from a hostile take over?
STP 3.26 - "THE TEACHER"
Captain Kelsoe and the crew go back to Earth to help Admiral Anton become the new Commander and Chief of Starfleet. It is a political battle to select the new Commander and Chief. Captain Kelsoe is selected to be one of the Starfleet Officers to choose between Admiral Anton or Admiral McCloud. Captain Picard is also there. Kelsoe and Picard choose the opposite side of the table. Along the way Kelsoe runs into a past flame. Can Kelsoe persuade his mentor of vote for Admiral Anton and deal with his past romance at the same time?
STP 3.27 - "UNWELCOMED VISITORS"
The crew of the Pioneer began to have lapse in concentration. Crew members start to report to sickbay with strange symptoms. Dr. Braga's conclusion is that the symptoms were not created by anything on the ship, rather appear to be experiments. Braxis reports feelings the presence of another being. Tracy feels it, too. She remembers hearing the very same voices somewhere else... on Tealu.
STP 3.28 - "DECEPTION AND ATTRACTION"
The Pioneer meets a Callian cargo ship and the captain of the cargo ship tries to kidnap Joanna Withrome, Braxis, and Kavoc. Captain Benjamin Kelsoe must save them.
STP 3.29 - "MINING OPERATION"
The Pioneer is ordered to Nawnow to help the Nawlo with their mining operation on the lifeless mass of Ophilu, in orbit around the planet Nawnow. Ophilu is one of three moons orbiting the planet of Nawnow. A problem has occured on Ophilu, several miners have become trapped in one of the in mines, and the crew of the Pioneer must try to save them before time runs out.
STP 3.30 - "MANDRAKE'S STAND" (SEASON FINALE)
The Pioneer receives a distress call and meets the U.S.S. Vulture, which had been missing for years. Captain Victor Mandrake befriends Kelsoe at first, but then when Kelsoe well not help him hunt down and kill the Tealuians who did this to him and his crew he takes over Pioneer.

SEASON FOUR
STP 4.31 - "THE NOTHINGNESS" (SEASON PREMIERE)
The crew of the starship Pioneer gets stuck in something that is nothing. Talk about paradoxes.
STP 4.32 - "IN THE SHADOWS"
The Pioneer has arrived at an Alkanden Outpost to drop off Dr. Lucus Kesar, so that he may begin his secret mission. But the crew becomes suspicious of his movements when he is seen talking in a bar with those that would have the Federation destroyed. Captain Kelsoe gives the order and Commander Robert Tuff sets out to find out what this Dr. Lucus Kesar is up to.
STP 4.33 - "UNRESOLVED MATTERS"
As Dr. Chase Braga begins to deal with the death of this father, the crew has been assigned to investigate the Trajan Nebula. And the Romulans show up and a close friend becomes mysteriously ill. Braga has to deal with his personal troubles and save the life of a friend.
STP 4.34 - "COMPLICATIONS"
Ensign Eric Zimmer is given the assignment to go into the Venka Nebula and take readings. But something goes horribly wrong and Zimmer faces the possibility of loosing his Starfleet commission.
STP 4.35 - "SECURITY THREAT"
Captain Kelsoe and the crew of the Pioneer return to Deep Space Five to assist Admiral Harold Anton, the Starfleet Commander, in preparing for the Oralian Sector Peace Conference. Commander Tuff works with the station security chief on the security preparations. The conference is held, but something does not seem right to either Kelsoe or Tuff.
STP 4.36 - "AFTERMATH"
After the terrorist attack on the station, new problems surface and Kelsoe finds himself without a ship, Commander Tuff gets an assistant, and Tyson Calok appears again.
STP 4.37 - "ALMOST PARADISE"
After the recent events on Deep Space Five, the crew of the Pioneer have been given an extend shore leave. The crew go to Andres Rae. Tracy and Craig spend a romantic time in the lucious jungle city of Raechia. While the others spend their time enjoying the comforts of the city, Captain Kelsoe, Commander Burt, and Braxis decide to explore the ruins of Andres Rae.
STP 4.38 - "PRIME TARGET"
A plot to assassinated the newly elected Federation President Korvin Mot has been uncovered. Captain Kelsoe and the crew of the Pioneer must travel back to Earth and save the day.
STP 4.39 - "IN CUSTODY"
The would be assassin is in custody. He is a high ranking So’ja intelligence operative. And he won’t talk. Captain Kelsoe and Commander Tuff, along with Starfleet Intelligence Agent Peter Bradford, must uncover the terrifying plot that is being planned by the So’ja. And an old enemy returns.
STP 4.40 - "THE HORNET'S NEST" (SEASON FINALE)
The U.S.S. Regal has gone missing in the Trajan Nebula. Foul play on the part of the So'ja is suspected, and with the Pioneer in repair, Captain Kelsoe and his crew take the Defiant class ship, the U.S.S. Imperial, out to investigate. Once there the recovery process seems quite normal, but something goes wrong...

SEASON FIVE
STP 5.41 - "FALL OF THE APOLLO" (SEASON PREMIERE)
War! The Federation is at war with the So’ja Coalition. While the crew of the Pioneer meet their new captain, Captain Kelsoe encounters two old adversaries.
STP 5.42 - "MONKS OF OR'PEC"
The Pioneer is sent to the planet of Paos to meet with mysterious monks of an archaic order. Burt’s dislike of Franco grows as he begins to suspect the new Captain at having no intention of trying to save Captain Kelsoe. Plus Tyson Calok and Commander L’mar have developed a plan involving Captain Kelsoe.
STP 5.43 - "QUESTION OF LOYALTY"
Will the crew mutiny?! Tyson Calok begins a wicked plan that is yet to be known by his employers, the So’ja Coalition, as they begin an all out invasion of Tulop using ancient and banned weapons. Will Starfleet finally allow the crew to attempt a rescue of Captain Kelsoe?
STP 5.44 - "NOTHING ELSE MATTERS"
Can the crew rescue Captain Kelsoe? What is Tyson Calok planning? Why is there a So’ja Coalition fleet massing near Rigus? And why does a Barthoyite P.A. announce, “Nothing else matters?”
STP 5.44.5 - "FROM THE FRONT LINES" SPECIAL
The U.S.S. Ticonderoga prepares to face the imminent invasion of hostile forces into the Zëthoun system.
STP 5.45 - "EVERYTHING CHANGES"
Three months later... Kelsoe has recovered from his incarceration, but things are about to change. Meanwhile, Tyson Calok continues his evil plans.
STP 5.46 - "THE BOOLRAN EYE" - Part One
Strange new ships are spotted throughout the sector. The Pioneer is recalled to Deep Space Five. Tyson Calok makes a discovery. And a mysterious visitor shows up to revel secrets about the artifact known as the Eye.
STP 5.47 - "THE BOOLRAN EYE" - Part Two
The mysterious visitor tries to steal the Eye, but is stopped and now pleads for the Federation’s assistance. Starfleet Command orders Captain Kelsoe and a team from the Pioneer to take a new Covert Class ship, the U.S.S. Ares, deep behind enemy lines to visit Boolrillia, the home planet of their visitor and find out what is going on. However, Starfleet Intelligence sends along Commander Peter Bradford, who has his own agenda. Meanwhile, Dr. Eyota gets acquainted with Xojo, and Admiral Da’note and Chancellor Ar’kon decide to take some steps to ensure the So’jan agenda.
STP 5.48 - "THE BOOLRAN EYE" - Part Three
As Kelsoe and crew try to find a way out the predicament they find themselves in, Tyson Calok visits the planet and makes contact with the Boolran officials. Meanwhile, Admiral Da’note and his colleagues begin to plot to secure allies that the So’jan’s relationship with Calok cannot control.
STP 5.48.5 - “FROM THE FRONT LINES: BLOCKADE OF TURCIA” SPECIAL
The U.S.S. Ticonderoga makes a run at the So’ja blockade of the planet Turcia.
STP 5.49 - “FOR BETTER OR WORSE"
Starfleet Intelligence Agent Peter Bradford is in the hands of Tyson Calok and his comrades. A squadron of Covert-class ships arrive, making most feel that the tide is turning. Norman and Tracy get married. And Calok initiates part one of his plot.
STP 5.50 - "TORMENT AND WOE" (SEASON FINALE)
The Tealuian planet of Minark is under attack. The Pioneer, along with a vast explorative fleet, is sent to invetigate. And an old flame returns.

SEASON SIX
STP 6.51.1 - "THE RUINS" SPECIAL
Dr. Lilith Adar, along with her colleague and lover Dr. Julian Brooke, and Captain Percival Day of the USS Atlantis discover a glyph in the ruins of Andresia Raechia.
STP 6.51 - "DAWN" (SEASON PREMIERE)
Calok has activated the mental progaming he placed in Kelsoe, and now the captain has become a stark raving mad. Can the crew find a way to break the mental connection that Calok has created between him and Kelsoe? Plus, will Captain Tellening, Captain Burt, and Captain Riganoff, along with some unexpected help, be able convince the Romulans to join the fight?
STP 6.51.5 - "NIGHT CLUB"
Captain Markev Riganoff and the crew of the USS Ticonderoga visit Romulus. Captain Riganoff has a memorable evening, but can't remember any of it. The crew search for answers... An Onion slave girl and Tal Shiar agents, how do they fit in?
STP 6.52 - "THE FORGOTTEN PLANET"
The Pioneer is sent on a mission to rescue the crew of a lost Romulan Warbird. But what they find is a mythical planet that was not suppose to exist, and a mystery surrounding the strange inhabitants of a large hibernation chamber.
STP 6.53 - "INTERNAL"
The crew is paid a visit by Internal Affairs. Elsewhere Calok and L’mar search for the Beast. Meanwhile Tolleson and Rodney Brickenhouser plot the downfall of President Mot.
STP 6.54 - "OBSESSION"
A message of Lilly Adar's father sends the crew of a journey to a planet that is not suppose to exist. The Tal Shiar is also on the trail. Agent Tolleson visits Brickenhouser, telling him President Mot's downfall is eminent. The So'jan plan for a major offensive. Admiral Truman prepares for a visit from the Vice President. And Tyson Calok rushes to try and beat them all. Meanwhile, Tracy's telepathic abilities resurface and she has a prophetic vision about their upcoming mission.
